Atatürk Üniversitesi, kadınların güçlenmesini hedefleyen ve toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliğine katkıda bulunmayı amaçlayan bir platform olan Güçlü Kadınlar Sempozyumu kapsamında, çeşitli erişim programlarını sunmuştur. Sempozyumda üniversite, kadın öğrencilere destek olmak amacıyla sunmakta olduğu mentorluk desteğini ve öğrencilerin bu hizmete nasıl ulaşabilecekleri konusunda bilgi verilmiştir.
Mentorluk programları, öğrencilere deneyimli profesyonellerle bir araya gelme fırsatı sunarak kariyerleri konusunda rehberlik etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Atatürk Üniversitesi, bu tür mentorluk programları aracılığıyla kadın öğrencilerin eğitimlerini sürdürmelerine, liderlik becerilerini geliştirmelerine ve kendi alanlarında başarılı kariyerlere sahip olmalarına destek olmayı amaçlamaktadır.
