Bu projeye başlarken, şiddete maruz kalan kadınların toplumdan kendilerini soyutlaması, yaşadıklarını kendi içinde halletmeye çalışması gibi problemlere karşı “Dur!” diyerek güçlü olmalarını hedefledik. Her insanın özgür bir birey olduğunu, hiç kimsenin bu özgürlüğü gasp etme hakkı olmadığına dikkat çekmek istedik. Bu sebepten ötürü “Kadına Değil Şiddete El Kaldır” projesiyle birlikte ulaşabildiğimiz tüm insanların bu farkındalık projemizde iz bırakmalarını istedik. Planladığımız projemizin onayından sonra gerekli malzemeleri yani tuval, boya, kurdele, pankart ve kadına şiddete karşı sözlerin yazılı olduğu notları temin ettik. “Kadına Değil Şiddete El Kaldır” isimli projemizle, topluma bu yönde farkındalık aşılamayı amaçladık. Her yaştan bireyin katılım gösterdiği projemizi Atatürk Üniversitesi kampüsünde 24 Kasım 2022’de pankart açılımı daha sonrasında tuvale el basma etkinliği ve kurdele dağıtımı ile gerçekleştirdik. Tüm bu aşamalar sosyal medyada da paylaşılarak şiddetin olumsuzluğu vurgulanmış ve farkındalık yaratılmıştır. Bu proje Atatürk Üniversitesi Toplumsal Duyarlılık Projeleri tarafından desteklenmiştir.
