Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi resmi olarak 29 Eylül 2017 tarihinde kurulmuş olup fiziksel şartların sağlanmasıyla Haziran 2018 tarihinde öğrenci kabulüne başlamıştır. Atatürk Üniversitesi, öğrencilerin sosyal, duygusal, bilişsel ve akademik gelişimlerini desteklemek; kişisel/toplumsal uyum düzeylerini ve problem çözme becerilerini geliştirmek, gizli güçlerini keşfetmelerine yardım etmek amacıyla önleyici ve gelişimsel psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik hizmetleri sunmaktır.
Psychological Counseling and Guidance Application and Research Center was officially established on September 29, 2017, and started accepting students in June 2018, once the physical conditions were met. Atatürk University supports the social, emotional, cognitive and academic development of students; To provide preventive and developmental psychological counseling and guidance services in order to improve their personal/social adaptation levels and problem-solving skills and to help them discover their hidden strengths.
