To this end, the university has established a comprehensive framework of professional services, awareness programs, and preventive initiatives dedicated to supporting staff mental health.

Group workshops on communication skills, emotional regulation, and workplace well-being, supporting a culture of mutual respect and collegiality.
Digital & Remote Access
Staff members can schedule appointments easily through the PDR-UYAM online platform, making services flexible and discreet. Educational materials on mental health literacy are also shared through digital channels, reinforcing awareness and preventive care.
Preventive Support and Institutional Integration
-
The Human Resources Department collaborates with PDR-UYAM to identify staff who may be under workplace stress and directs them to appropriate services.
-
Mental health is integrated into occupational health and safety programs, ensuring that psychological well-being is considered alongside physical health.
-
Special support sessions are available for staff nearing retirement, newly appointed personnel, and those in high-stress roles, reflecting a proactive and inclusive approach.
